Rabat is the administrative capital of Morocco and is one of the 4 imperial cities including Marrakech, Fez and Meknes. The city is located at the edge of the Atlantic ocean and in the south of Bouregreg River which impacts the city’s climate by making it mild and pleasant. The capital is particularly calm which gives off a feeling of distress and tranquility. You can stroll through the Medina and the Souk at your own pace, visit Saint-Pierre cathedral and admire the colors, take your time to discover the necropolis of « Chellah », « La Kasbah des Oudayas » with its great walls and its beautiful gardens around. Don’t forget the National Zoo and the History Museum. There is no better way to end a long day of wandering in Rabat other than sipping a hot mint tea on a terrace, whilst admiring the sunset behind the immense blue beach of the city.
